Last week, CBC published an article about the efforts of Ottawa Community Land Trust. Highlights include an interview with a 20-year resident and superintendent of our first property acquisition, 887 Kirkwood Ave, and official word that our offer on a second property, a 10-unit apartment building in Ottawa’s Vanier neighbourhood, was accepted! With the community’s generous support, we’re working to secure this property by early fall.
